RESUMO:

This is a methodological study with the general objective of validating an instrument for nursing consultation for people living with mental disorders under the Family Health Strategy and specific objectives: to build an instrument for nursing consultation for people living with disorders. Family Health Strategy based on an integrative literature review; to verify the content validity of a nursing consultation instrument for people living with mental disorders within the Family Health Strategy and to verify the clinical validity of the instrument. The instrument will be prepared based on the phases of the Nursing Process, in accordance with COFEN Resolutions 358/2009 and 429/2012; data collection, nursing diagnoses, actions, interventions and expected outcomes. Will be used as theoretical-analytical reference Wanda de Aguiar Horta's Theory of Basic Human Needs; a Nomenclature of nursing diagnoses / outcomes and interventions of the International Classification for Nursing Practice (ICNP®) version 2017. Based on the above, the following hypothesis was elaborated: the nursing consultation instrument for people living with mental disorders presents evidence of content and clinical validation. Research will be carried out in three stages. The first will consist of an integrative literature review to obtain aspects related to assistance to support the construction of an instrument for nursing consultation for people living with mental disorders under the Family Health Strategy. The second step concerns the validation of protocol content by experts using the Delphi technique. The content will be organized into an instrument via a structured form available online on the Google docs page, which will then be submitted to one or more expert rounds of review to a consensus, therefore final version of the instrument for consultation. nursing people living with mental disorders within the Family Health Strategy. The third stage will be the clinical validation of this instrument by nurses working in the Family Health Strategy. The scenario of the third stage of data collection will occur in the Basic Health Network of FHS teams located in the metropolitan region of Natal, capital of the state of Rio Grande do Norte, belonging to the East, West, South, North I and II Health Districts. For the content and clinical validation of the instrument, the expert evaluations will be inserted in a spreadsheet, where the scores assigned to each item will be verified to determine the level of agreement between them; The Content Validity Index (CVI) will be calculated for each item, as for the set of items in each content area and for the total set of items in the instrument. The relevance of the items will be obtained by intra-observer and inter-observer agreement through Kappa index (K) and Content Validity Index (CVI). The instruments will be treated in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and then included in the statistical program - SPSS version 20.0 through which the indices of all variables will be obtained. Statistical analysis will start by listing the absolute and relative frequencies of each variable, mean and standard deviation of continuous variables, Kappa index and CVI. The project will be submitted to Brazil platform for analysis by the Research Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte.
