RESUMO:

HIV infection and its profile have changed since the beginning of the epidemic. Nowadays, HIV is currently considered a chronic, potentially controllable, disease. In this context, the complexity of healthcare for people living with HIV/ AIDS makes interdisciplinary and intersectoral workforce indispensable. Therefore, a need for health technologies in order to respond to that current demand is escalating. The aim of this study is to elaborate and validate a flowchart for people living with HIV / AIDS in which they will be able to seek care and existing health services in the city of Natal. This is a methodological study to be developed in two stages: development of the items of the instrument through the definitions of the construct and creation of a documentary study, and the application of the instrument for the judges to validate the process. The sample size of the judges will consider the Pasquali Model (2010), which suggests from six to twenty subjects, and the selection of judges will consider inclusion criteria. The Content Validity Coefficient (CVC) will be used to evaluate the concordance between judges, this coefficient includes the concept of clarity of language, practical relevance and theoretical relevance, which will be made possible by the Delphi Technique. The project will be submitted to the Research Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (CEP / UFRN), in accordance with the requirements of Resolution No. 466/2012 of the National Health Council of the Ministry of Health, which defines the guidelines and regulatory norms of research involving human beings.
