Conformity, satisfaction and self-confidence of face from infirmary simulation
Simulation. Technical education in nursing. Nursing.
The objective of this study is to analyze the knowledge, satisfaction and self-confidence of students of the nursing technical course from the use of simulation in the teaching of basic life support in the context of Primary Health Care. This is a longitudinal intervention study quantitative approach. We will use the quasi-experimental design of a non-equivalent control group of the pre-test and post-test type. The study will be developed in technical nursing schools in the city of Natal / RN, with students from the last period of the course. The validated validation of knowledge, satisfaction and self-confidence will be applied in two moments: pre-test and post-test. The control group will participate in the theoretical-practical course of Basic Life Support with emphasis on Primary Health Care with the following methodological strategies: expository class and demonstration. The experimental group will participate in the same course, however, with the following strategies: expository class, skills training and realistic simulation. In order to perform the simulation, the conceptual model of NLN / Jeffries Simulation for nursing teaching will be followed. After authorization from the institutions involved, the project will be sent to the Research Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, in accordance with the provisions of Resolution no. 466/2012, of the National Health Council of the Ministry of Health, which disciplines research involving human beings.
