RESUMO:

Children and adolescents comprise vulnerable groups, which make them the target of various types of violence (self-inflicted, interpersonal and collective) and of a diverse nature (physical, psychological, sexual, neglect / abandonment). Nurses are faced with such situations on a daily basis in health services within the three levels of care complexity. The objective is to analyze the management and approach to children and adolescents in situations of violence by the nurse in the three levels of health care. It is an exploratory study of a qualitative nature, to be carried out in the city of Campina Grande, Paraíba, in primary, secondary and tertiary health services that assist children and adolescents in situations of violence. The sample of the study will be made up of nurses who work in the three levels of health care: in primary care, nurses working in the Family Health Strategy; in secondary care, nurses working at the Municipal Children and Adolescents Hospital in the host, red room and pediatric ward areas; in the tertiary care, nurses of the host, red room, pediatric observation, pediatric ward and pediatric uti of the Trauma Hospital of Campina Grande. Data collection will take place through a sociodemographic form and individual semi-structured interviews recorded and transcribed. The data collected will be analyzed by Iramuteq software through the Descending Hierarchical Classification, Similitude Analysis and Word Cloud. This study was approved to the Research Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte by the CAEE: 80006417.2.0000.5537 and followed Resolution No. 466/12 of the National Health Council. Partial results reveal that the nurse's approach in the high complexity health to victims is directed to the direct assistance aspects with focus on the actions of welcoming and inspecting the victim; as well as to direct and direct, especially, to the social service and psychology as a mechanism to support the approach to victims of violence.
