Development of the nursing concept in health rehabilitation

RESUMO:

Rehabilitation nursing has not yet started in Brazil. Researchers of their gender and importance as members of the rehabilitation team. It is believed that there is a conceptual gap in the area of rehabilitation nursing in that country, which may be contributing to this problem. The present study aims to develop the health rehabilitation of the hybrid concept development model. The conceptual analysis will be applied from the use of the hybrid method for the development of the concept. This method, proposed by Schwartz-Barcott and Kim, is developed by three interconnected phases: a theoretical phase, a field phase and an analytical phase. A theoretical phase was developed from an integrative literature review on the necessary issues? How is health rehabilitation described in the literature? What are the contexts of health rehabilitation? What words or expressions characterize a Nursing in health rehabilitation? What are the factors that can lead to health rehabilitation? What are the consequences of Nursing in health rehabilitation? How to measure a Nursing in health rehabilitation? They will be used as a database of nursing books, theses and dissertations and 13 databases. Serão and approved in studies that address the issues of teaching, chapters of books dealing with Health Nursing, theses and dissertations. Will be Resolutions and letters to the editor. The aim is to develop a conceptual and operational definition for the concept of nurses in health rehabilitation in order to begin the field work. This literature review will be continued in the next phase in order to serve as the basis for field data comparison. The field phase was carried out by means of an interview with the relatives and the children of the participating health and observation team, carried out at a health unit in the Municipality of Natal-RN, Monsenhor Walfredo Gurgel Hospital, Center for Infant and Adult Rehabilitation (CRI / CRA), all related in Natal-RN. The analytical phase will be accomplished by joining the theoretical phase with the data obtained in the empirical observations. The research project will be submitted in the Brazil Platform for the appreciation of the Ethics and Research Committee (CEP) of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN).
