ACCURACY OF THE DIAGNOSTIC CLINICAL INDICATORS HARMFUL PHYSICAL MOBILITY IN PATIENTS SUBMITTED TO CARDIAC SURGERY

The objective of this study is to assess the accuracy of the clinical indicators of impaired physical mobility diagnosis in patients undergoing cardiac surgery based on the NANDAInternational taxonomy I. Therefore, the object of study is the diagnosis of impaired physical mobility nursing in patients postoperatively of cardiac surgery. This is a diagnostic accuracy study of the transversal and observational type, with quantitative approach. It will be developed at the University Hospital Onofre Lopes, with a sample of 78 patients in the postoperative period of heart surgery. The collection will begin between february and may 2018. Data will be obtained by primary source directly with patients, through interview and physical examination and evaluation of medical records. The accuracy of the clinical indicators of impaired physical mobility diagnosis will be based on latent class analysis. The data will be organized into tables or tables, analyzed according to descriptive and inferential statistics and discussed according to the relevant literature. The research project will be appreciated by the Research Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, respecting the norms of Resolution No. 196/1996 of the National Health Council, regarding the ethical aspects of research involving human beings. The subjects involved, in both stages, will be invited to sign the Free and Informed Consent Term.
