The Burnout syndrome and integrative and complementary practical in health in nurses of Primary Health Care.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the techniques of traditional Chinese medicine, auriculotherapy and Lian Gong, at facing and controlling the burnout’s syndrome in nurses of Primary Health Care. It is a detailed study with quantitative and qualitative approaches with a nearly experimental design. It will be developed in the primary health care units in the city of Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. The target population will involve nurses working in Primary Health Care of the city and will be a total of 116 people. The project will be submitted to the ethical department, through the electronic submission via Plataforma Brasil, in deference to the regulation of Resolution No. 466/2012 of the National Health Council, concerning the ethical aspects of research involving humans. They will be invited to sign the consent term in agreement to participate in the research program, which is free and well informed. The application of Burnout Characterization Scale will be performed, aiming to identify the syndrome, and the collection of salivary cortisol will be made before and after the intervention of auricular and Lian Gong techniques. The analysis of quantitative data will be made with statistical analysis using SPSS Statistics® version 22.0 by exploratory analyzes, detailed analyzes, relationship between variables, such as correlation and multiple linear regression, comparison test between groups (t-test, ANOVA) and internal consistency and stability (Cronbach's alpha). Regarding the qualitative analysis, the focal group it will be used with analyzes of Bardin’s content.
