DEVELOPMENT OF AN INDICATIVE STABILITY METHOD FOR THREE NEW ACYLHYDRAZONE DERIVATIVES
Acylhydrazonic derivatives, versatile, UHPLC, FTIR, XRD, factorial planning.
Hydrazones are a very versatile group of molecules, as they have numerous biological activities that are reported in the literature, under this perspective, depending on the type of substitution made in the structure, they may present anticancer, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antimicrobial activities, among others. So this class of compound has been raising the interest of researchers in recent years. In this study, an analytical method by UHPLC indicative of stability was developed for three new acylhydrazonic derivatives which were named ISVAN, ISBEN and ISANI. These compounds were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) for confirmation of functional groups present in their structure, and characterized by XRD analysis where the degree of crystallinity of the molecules was verified. For the development of the analytical method, a factorial design of the Box-Behenken type of 33 was carried out in order to develop an optimized UHPLC method for identification of compounds simultaneously. The forced degradation study was also carried out as one of the parameters for validation of the developed chromatographic method.
