DESENVOLVIMENTO DE MÉTODO INDICATIVO DE ESTABILIDADE DE MONOCROTALINA POR LC/MS, ANÁLISE TÉRMICA E TÉCNICAS COMPLEMENTARES
Monocrotaline, Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry, Calibration curve.
The monocrolatine is a pyrrolizidine alkaloid isolate from Crotalaria retusa, when used systematically, this isolated ha a very toxic effect, whoever some studs showed a very affective action against the Trichomonas vaginalis, when used topically, making extremely important the development a chromatograph method to identify and qualification using Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LC/MS). The monocrotaline has a molecular mass of 326.36 g/mol, identified by the LC/MC, using the mobile faze of acetonitrile: formic acid 0,1%, the method was in gradient, in a retention time of 1,8 min, flow of 0,2 mL/min, column, of 50mm X 3,0mm and particles of 2,2 μm, was produced a calibration with six points (0.05; 0.1; 0.25; 0.5; 0.1 e 0.2 ppm), also was made the quantification of monocrotaline in the Crotalaria retusa extract, using the equation of calibration curve.
