RESUMO:

The present research project aims to highlight the relationships not very well established between T lymphocytes that are important inflammatory cells, whose speculation lies in the fact of a possible relation in the process of development of malignant neoplasias, being able to present intimate involvement with the biological behavior of epidermoid carcinomas. Thus, it is important to understand this process of cellular interaction, as well as the stimulatory factors for cellular responses using a specific immunohistochemical marker such as T-bet for the identification of Th1 response cells by analysis quantitative analysis of their respective secretory product, which is IFN-γ, both in the parenchyma and in the stroma of epidermoid carcinomas with different behaviors, as is the case of lower lip carcinoma has a lower relation with metastasis whereas oral tongue carcinoma shows strong metastatic involvement. By demonstrating these interactions and establishing connections with the development and progression of oral squamous cell carcinomas, it is possible that we can contribute to the science regarding the development of new cell control therapies, inhibiting metastasis and combating these malignant neoplasms so prevalent today, improving not only the techniques of oncological treatment, making them more precise, but mainly improving the lives of the patients affected by such diseases.
