SUMMARY:

Cancer represents an important public health problem in the world, being listed as one of the main causes of death. The therapy chosen for this pathology will depend on the staging and its classification, however, some of these treatments are carried out by administering the drug orally, considered an extension of outpatient treatment. From this demand, the pharmaceutical consultation arises, a moment that aims to obtain the best results with pharmacotherapy, promote the rational use of medications and assist with medication adherence. The aim is to build and validate a form for pharmaceutical consultation of patients using oral antineoplastic therapy. This is methodological research, with a quantitative approach, based on Pasquali's Psychometrics model, according to the following axes: theoretical pole, empirical pole and analytical pole. The theoretical pole will be divided into two stages: formation of a group with five pharmaceutical collaborators for the preliminary construction of the form using a collaborative Google Docs document; and scope review for theoretical-scientific foundation of the form constructed in the previous stage. At the empirical pole, content and appearance will be analyzed by 12 pharmaceutical judges specializing in oncology, who will evaluate the domains, items and sub-items in relation to comprehensiveness, clarity and representativeness. Finally, the analytical pole, which will consist of data analysis using the Content Validity Index (CVI) and the kappa agreement coefficient (k). The research will follow all ethical and legal aspects of research on human beings. Data will be collected after the opinion of the Research Ethics Committee. It is believed that the construction and validation of the proposed technological product (form for pharmaceutical consultation of patients using oral antineoplastic therapy) will optimize pharmaceutical care, as it will encourage adherence to treatment and increase surveillance of adverse reactions and drug interactions. , in addition to preventing avoidable healthcare costs, contributing to improving treatment results and quality of life for people suffering from cancer.
