SUMMARY:

The Strategic Information Center for Health Surveillance (CIEVS) is the National Focal Point for the International Health Regulations (IHR 2005). The CIEVS in Rio Grande do Norte (RN) has been structured since 2007 and its main purpose is to monitor a set of diseases and conditions that, due to their high potential for dissemination and/or risks to public health, require monitoring by professionals. municipal health services. With all this importance, the objective of this study is to develop an information and communication technology for the analysis and dissemination of indicators on immediately notifiable diseases and conditions, produced by the Center for Strategic Information in Health Surveillance of the Public Health Secretariat of Rio Grande do Norte (CIEVS/SESAP-RN). Using as methodology a qualitative study of the innovative technological production type for the analysis and qualification of data received from the health services network of municipalities in RN, by CIEVS/SESAP/RN carried out in 3 stages: definition of the theoretical framework, construction and validation of the entry form in information and communication technology and its instruction, through the Delfin technique and construction of an information system that will have a dashboard as output. After applying the technological tool, it is expected that it will be possible to improve, facilitate, strengthen and qualify the work of CIEVS/RN professionals, ensuring the visibility and quality of the information made available by this tool, in addition to making access possible for managers and professionals. practically immediately to recognize the local situation so that actions and measures can be taken to prevent and promote the health of the population. Therefore, the main product of this study, the dashboard will be made available on the SESAP/RN website and will bring many benefits to managers, professionals, and the community in general, as it will make important data available to support team decision-making and action planning. benefiting the health of the population.
