Innovation in Process Management in the Judiciary with the Use of Business Process Management Tools - BPM
Brazilian justice, Business Process Management (BPM), institutional management.
The Brazilian justice system faces significant challenges in efficiently enforcing its decisions, with a high number of pending warrants across various regions of the country. This places the judicial system at the bottom of the global ranking in terms of efficiency and implementation of judicial decisions. This study aims to propose the implementation of Business Process Management (BPM) techniques to enhance the efficiency in managing judicial processes in RN. The focus is on reducing congestion rates, improving responsiveness to demands, and decreasing the number of new cases per judge. The methodology involves identifying problems and bottlenecks, followed by creating an action plan to optimize these processes. Technological tools, such as automation and artificial intelligence, will be integrated to expedite proceedings and reduce costs. Implementation progress will be monitored using performance indicators and goals to ensure continuous improvement. It is expected that introducing BPM into the Brazilian judicial system will lead to greater efficiency, speed, and accessibility to justice. By automating repetitive tasks and reducing process duration, the system can operate more effectively, alleviating the burden on court officials and contributing to better institutional management.
