Comparative study between transformers models applied to the development of chatbots

The Jurisdictional Service Center (CAJ) is a sector of the Court of Auditors of the State of Rio Grande do Norte (TCE-RN) responsible for answering questions and solving problems of jurisdictional members in the use of the TCE’s computerized tools. Chatbots are conversational tools widely used in customer service. The objective of this work is to carry out a comparative study between the models of transformers DIET and BERT, when applied to the vocabulary of communication between jurisdictional and TCE. These models will be tested through the development of a chatbot that will later be deployed in TCE using the model that stands out in the tests.
