Ministry of Health created Street Clinic teams with the aim of expanding access to
health services for the homeless population. Therefore, this research aims to evaluate
the influence of the context in which the teams are inserted in the care of people living
with tuberculosis in the State of Rio Grande do Norte. This is an evaluative study of the
normative type and evaluative research, with a qualitative and quantitative approach,
emphasis on the degree of implementation, structure/process/result and influence of the
context, of the office team on the street. The study population will consist of 29
professionals who work directly or indirectly in the street clinic team. Inclusion
classifications are professionals linked to a Street Clinic team. The data collection
instrument will be structured in two parts, one for health managers and the other for
professionals who work in the street clinic team. For data analysis, the normative
assessment will be applied to assess the degree of implementation according to Ferreira
and Silva (2014), and treatment of quantitative data through the Statistical Package for
the Social Sciences (SPSS) program, version 22.0 IBM. Not that it refers to evaluative
research, value judgment will be used to analyze the existing relationships between the
influence of context. The qualitative data obtained will be analyzed using the content
analysis technique proposed by Laurence Bardin (2011). The research was approved
according to Certificate of Presentation for Ethical Appreciation No.
68776223.9.0000.5537, issued opinion no. 6,046,884, which complies with the
provisions of Resolution 466/2012.
