SUMMARY:

The main objective of this writing is to investigate the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on the enhancement of virtual devices to combat gender violence in Rio Grande do norte, considering the connection between online and in-person. It also aims to: 1) understand how the servisse, reception and referral to the network from the Rio Grande do Norte is carried out; 2) analyze how relationships occur between online reporting devices and network agentes who work to assist women in situations of violence in the state; 3) verify whethe intersectional issues involving class, race, space and religiosity appear in the combat network to violence against women. Starting from a theoretical discussion that is interested in themes related to inequalities, intersetionalities and gender violence, the formation of protocols for this network and possible changes brought about by virtual devices for reporting violence against women are problematized.To this end, we start by surveying state initiatives that aim to connect offline and online environments, fieldwork and semi-structured interviews with collaborators listed. In this sense, the research contributes to understanding the demands of state professionals and women in situations of violence in the face of a scenario of social, cultural and political chances that express inequalities already underway in the capitalista system.
