DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION OF MOBILE APPLICATIONS FOR PREVENTION OF DRUG USE IN ADOLESCENTS

Adolescence is a phase of human development in which transformations occur, and adolescents may become more vulnerable to risky situations such as drug use. Objective: To develop and validate a mobile app aiming to prevent drug use in adolescentes. Method: This is an applied research in which a mobile application will be developed that can be used in both educational and care environments, using health promotion and drug use among adolescents. The subjects of the study will be experts in knowledge in drug use, computer specialists and adolescent students from the Federal Institute of Ceará, campus of Umirim. Data will be collected using questionnaires and followed by analysis using the Content Validity Index calculation. This study will be initiated after approbation of the Research Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte.
