ntroduction: Pregnancy is defined as a physiological phenomenon with physical, social and emotional changes. Given the complexity of this period, qualified care is needed, since quality prenatal care reduces maternal and child morbidity and mortality. It is noteworthy that a portion of pregnant women have higher odds of unfavorable evolution, both for the fetus and for the pregnant woman herself, requiring attention at points of different technological densities. In the context of the Unified Health System, aiming to overcome the fragmentation of health care and achieve, among other principles, the integrality of care, it is proposed to organize assistance in Health Care Networks. In this sense, the Stork Network seeks implement a care network to ensure women quality and humanized care in various areas, including prenatal care. Considering that attention to high-risk prenatal care occurs at different points of attention, it is of fundamental importance to integrate these points in guaranteeing comprehensiveness. Objective: To analyze the referral and counter-referral system of the prenatal component of the stork network in Natal / RN. Methods: This is a mixed study, descriptive, exploratory. To this end, interviews will be conducted with the professionals inserted in the Primary Care and Medium Complexity of the prenatal component of the stork network in the city of Natal and with the system regulation, as well as data collection in reference sheets sent to the Prenatal of High risk. Data will be organized and analyzed according to content analysis for qualitative data and descriptive statistics for quantitative data. Expected Results: The result of this study is expected to contribute to the integration of the municipal stork network, enabling communication between primary care and outpatient care of medium complexity of the prenatal component. The objective is to instruct professionals to overcome the fragmentation of care and strengthen the debate on the integrality of health care networks.
