Portfolios adapted for notes in Libras in Visual Arts teaching
Libras; Art/education; portfolio; Innovation.
The teaching of Visual Arts in the conception of the Triangular Approach is based on three pillars: seeing images, contextualizing productions and making art. For this, it is necessary to articulate both theoretical and practical learning, in order to intertwine cognitive, emotional, cultural and social development. The pedagogical portfolio is an instrument capable of articulating these pillars together with a formative assessment and may contain several documents of the teaching/learning process. When working with the teaching of Visual Arts to the deaf in this scenario and with a view to privileging the use of Libras, the language of Brazilian deaf people, it was realized the need to use technology to enable productions in this language, which is of spatial-visual modality. The objective of this research was to propose a methodology for the use of digital technologies that generate portfolios with annotations in Libras. For this, mobile applications were investigated that made it possible to make comments in Libras together with the presentation of the image to be commented on, in a fluid and dynamic process. The application was not designed for this purpose, but the methodology developed provided innovation in its use in the educational context.
