Employing a quantitative-exploratory and descriptive approach, along with a questionnaire, the research aims to explore the presence and interplay of Dark Tetrad personality traits across various academic disciplines at UFRN. The significance of this work lies in the Dark Tetrad's importance in identifying psycho- comportamental characteristics in decision-making processes within academic and professional environments, contributing to both national and international literature by exploring the influences of academic fields on the personality traits of this dark triad.
