Hierarchical zeolites are substances with a combination of micropores, mesopores and macropores to facilitate the diffusion of large emissions, preserving the original characteristics of the zeolite micropores. Solvent, heat and time are used in hydrothermal synthesis, which is more expensive and produces waste. This research aims to avoid the hydrothermal synthesis using a mechanochemical synthesis, through the ball milling technique of the zeolite NH4ZSM-5, solvent free, with co-templating: cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMABr) and tetrapropylammonium bromide (TPABr). Grinding time and rotation scale were varied to analyze the impact of milling on ZSM-5 without changing the Si/Al ratio. An analysis of data using XRD, FTIR and SEM revealed that only five minutes are required to significantly change structure and in the chemical bonds, leading to reorganization via recrystallization and new  bonds  generated  by  catalysts.  Thermogravimetric  Analysis  shows  the  interaction  between  the  templates  and  zeolite  to  develop  intercrystalline mesopores and could be applied in the pyrolysis of lignocellulosic biomass to crack bulky molecules.
