RESUMO:

Learning Objects are modular and reusable resources for important and
Distance Education (DE) and integrate the Learning Virtuas Environments (VLEs)
composing the range of options that can be used by teachers in their project
learning activities and a course flow. The SOs may be directly hosted
in a VLE or stored in a Learning Object Repository (ROA)
that they are suitable to host them centrally, describing their characteristics
using standardized and efficient search engine to find the metadata
requested object. Existing objects in ROA can be accessed used by several
AVAS incorporating the increasing variety of available resources for mounting
a course and its evaluation activities. This thesis deals with the proposal of
architecture for integration of the Distance Education Secretariat of ROA (SEDIS) of
Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) with the VLE Moodle using
LTI specification developed by IMS Global Learning Consortium.
