SUMMARY:

Theses aims to analyze connection policies as the missing factor in asset models that can thus result in principle errors. More than three hundred anomalies that resulted in mispricing have already been catalogued and it is up to finance scholars to propose new models aimed at a better fit of the model (CONTE; CERETTA, 2021; FAMA; FRENCH, 2017a). The theories that support the work are those involving the pricing of proposed. For the sample, companies under supervision of the regulatory agencies of Brazil, Bolsa and Balcão in the period from de 2011 to 2021 were selected duo to the clear interest of de politics class in the so call glamorous giants (WICKBOLDT, 2022). The sample aims to study 103 companies subjects to regulatory agencies. The methodology follows in the footstep of Fama and French (1993) for the three-factor model; from Carhart (1997) for the four-factor model and from Fama and French (2015) for five-factor model with the inclusion of political connection factors in a dichotomous/quantitative way a temporal analysis factor due legal changes in requirements for the position of adviser.
