SUMMARY:

In this Project of the Doctoral Thesis, it is intended to propose a model of best practices for Digital Transformation in the Federal Public Administration of Brazil based on Bimodal IT Management with SERPRO (Data Processing Federal Service) aiming to verify the adequacy of this model for both traditional IT Management and Agile IT Management.  In other words, the aim is to find out if the model under analysis is effective for Bimodal IT Management in the largest IT company in the Brazilian Federal Public Administration. Therefore, some hypotheses will be verified with people involved with IT projects and IT management of SERPRO  addressed to Brazilian Federal Public Administration agencies. Finally, the results and conclusions of this study will be discussed and presented in detail.
