BARRIERS TO THE USE OF LESSONS LEARNED IN PUBLIC PROJECT MANAGEMENT: THEORY OF PLANNED BEHAVIOR´S APPLICATION

The objective of this research is to understand how the individual barriers relate to the intention to use the Lessons learned in Public Project Management. To this end, 4 systematic literature reviews were carried out: two tertiary, a mapping of the Project Management field and a systematic literature review in Lessons Learned. The project, still at the qualification level, has details of the theoretical model, built for the research based on the literature review and which contains 9 qualitative hypotheses that will be tested according to defined methodological procedures, in order to meet the specific objectives. The sample of specialists was used to indicate a convenience sample of 15 public project managers. And, for data collection, non-standardized interviews will be carried out according to the elaborated and constant script in one of the research appendices. Data analysis will be thematic using the CAQDAS Iramuteq software. Strict and ethical criteria are defined for the research and the next steps are indicated, which will last around 06 months.
