CONFORMITY RISK MANAGEMENT: A CASE STUDY IN PUBLIC SECTOR PROJECTS

This study intends to show how the managers of the organizations in the public sector evaluate the risks of conformity in their projects. The aim is to understand and propose a framework that makes it possible to evaluate the risks of compliance in their projects in organizations in the public sector relating them to the data obtained in the
questionnaires applied. As methodological procedures, the study to be developed will employ a qualitative research, through a field research and using as a case study method. For the data collection will be used the technique of direct observation using primary data through semi-structured interview and for data analysis, treatment of results and interpretation will be used the technique of content analysis. The expected contributions involve the provision of a set of guidelines on compliance in project management, which could be adopted according to the needs of the project team, as well as providing theoretical contributions to the studied subject with the validation of the framework model to be tested.
