With the focus on the relationship between buyer companies and their suppliers, building collaborative relationships in Supply Chains needs to identify the suppliers that meet the best conditions, by prior classification in levels of relationships, as companies generally interact with various suppliers, which have different characteristics, behaviors and performance grades. In this context, Supplier Selection is one of the most important components of the Supply Chain and is one of the most critical activities, since it enables the selection of suppliers that have the necessary characteristics to build collaborative relationships. In this context, the general objective of this research will be to propose a Model for Supplier Selection for the construction of collaborative relationships in the Supply Chain. The research will be developed in the Wind Energy Sector, where, according to the Brazilian Agency of Industrial Development - ABDI (2014), the adoption of Supply Chain Collaboration strategies, with the establishment of partnerships and long-term contracts between the companies (producers or generators of Wind Energy) and their suppliers. The Multicriteria Decision Support Approach was selected to conduct the present study because it is better suited to its objectives, since it seeks to systematize and structure the choice of suppliers, giving support to managers and reducing decisions made only based on experience. The research will be divided into three stages: Identification of Criteria, Construction of the Model and Validation of the Model. In the first stage, bibliographic research and field study will be used as data collection techniques, with the application of a semi-structured interview script. The research subjects will be the Purchasing Sector Managers of Wind Energy producers / generators that have wind farms installed in the State of Rio Grande do Norte. In the second stage, the Multicriteria Model of Decision Support for Supplier Selection will be built aiming at the construction of collaborative relationships in the Supply Chain of the Wind Energy Sector. For this, the standard procedure for solving decision problems proposed by Almeida (2013) will be used, which is divided into three phases: preliminary, modeling of preferences and choice of methods and finalization. Finally, the third stage will seek to validate the applicability of the Multicriteria Model, through the use of real data from one of the companies producing Wind Energy, considering as alternatives their suppliers of goods and services. Because it is a classification problem (P.β), the ELECTRE TRI Method was selected to compose the Model, since it seeks to allocate alternatives in categories or predefined classes.
