EXPERIENCES OF SOLIDARITY ECONOMY DEVELOPMENTS INCUBATION: GROUP MEMBER´S CASE OASIS / UFRN IN LIGHT OF SELF-MANAGEMENT PRECEPTS (2017/2018)

The objective of the outlined research consists of to describe the experience of solidarity economy enterprises incubation within the Learning and Knowledge Organization Solidarity Initiatives and Studies in the Third Sector (OASIS / UFRN) in the light of self-management principles and matrix proposed by Guerra (2008) which shows categories of three basic types of management (hetero, social management and self-management). The dissertation proposed in this project is qualitative in nature and consist of a case study where the data collection will occur through semi-structured interviews with experts and scholars of the OASIS team, in-depth interview with the oldest member of the incubator, document analysis of carried out projects and participant observation. The collected data will be analyzed with the support of Iramuteq software and interpreted based on the content´s analysis technique proposed by Bardin (2011). As a result, it is expected to historicize the OASIS / UFRN trajectory, trace the profile of the incubator members and to reveal incubation experiences under the light of self-management.
