RESUMO:

The objective of the research that is outlined consists of evaluate a social work project carried out in a enterprise of the Minha Casa, Minha Vida Program (PMCMV) and, based on the results, to elaborate an alternative proposal through the participation of beneficiaries of Track 1 of the Program. The PMCMV denotes an inflection in the trajectory of housing policies in Brazil since the last half of the 20th century. However, the predominance of agents of the construction sector in the Program has reinforced patterns of peripherization and poor location of housing complexes, which directly influence the sustainability of the Program. In terms of sustainability, there is in the program the social work prediction as an element to promote the participation and social insertion of beneficiary families. In fact, Rio Grande do Norte studies (OLIVES, 2017; CARDOSO, 2015) point out that among the few counties that carry out social work, in some cases, the instruments that guide it have been prepared unilaterally by municipalities and without families. For the development of the research will be studied the Residencial Sao Goncalo do Amarante, an enterprise of track 1 of the PMCMV located in the county of Sao Gonalo do Amarante / RN. The proposed research in this project has a qualitative nature and will consist of a participatory research in which the data collect will occur through semi-structured interviews with syndics and subscribers of the four residential condominiums already handed out; documentary analysis of the social work project carried out; and focus groups with families of the Condominium VI to elaborate the alternative proposal of social work. The collected data will be analyzed with the support of AtlasTI® software and interpreted based on the technique of content analysis proposed by Bardin (2011). As a result, is expected to identify elements that point to an improvement in the perspective of sustainability of the enterprise caused by the participation of the beneficiary families in the elaboration of the alternative proposal, which will effect and foment social management in the enterprise.
