RESUMO:

The development of actions for the improvement of organizational capabilities, and to identify opportunities in the market are not trivial tasks for managers, but are considered essential to organizational performance, since the entrepreneurial skills of managers guide the actions to be developed within the organization. In this sense, this thesis aims to understand how the opportunity of skills and organizational of technology-based company managers incubated in an incubator are manifested in direct actions for ambidexterity. This thesis is worldview post-positivist approach where the ontological approach will be the unique reality. The epistemological perspective is based on the distance and impartiality. The oxiologia will not be biased, and the reasoning is deductive. The research is descriptive and aims to understand the phenomenon through a qualitative approach. using as time horizon the cross section. The means of investigation will be the field of research, and the procedure will be a case study. The research uses the triangulation of data as it will get the information through semi-structured interviews and document analysis. For the data analysis will use the content analysis, and will use the QRS NVivo software version 11 to support the coding and analysis of data, taking into account the cross-case aspects and within-case.
