It is noticeable that for some time society has been undergoing a process of organizing the information of its practices and procedures, which has provided great advances in communication, storage and exchange of information and has awakened in public and private institutions the need Of adaptation and continuous modification in the treatment of its processes with respect to the structure of the operational flow. This dynamic imposed by the improvement of the structuring of the information has direct reflexes in the maintenance organization, in particular of the electric power system.

Inserted in this context and aiming for the commitment of constantly evolving to build a framework that will serve as the starting point for the structuring of an electric maintenance plan, whose actors have a systematic approach to preventive maintenance, based on the Management of the information of all elements of the electric power system, encompassing low voltage circuits, medium voltage substations and a central supply substation.

Starting from the analysis of the most modern techniques of electrical maintenance management, we will define one that best fits the reality of the Power System of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte - UFRN, building a case study related to the subject, building a system of Management, based on the registration of the elements of its SEP whose content brings together the aspects of maintenance history, history of malfunctions, inspection reports and maintenance register carried out, all through a mobile application with a database accessible via QR code a Be developed in this work.
