RESUMO:

The present work have as objective to present the planning and strategies of studies applied in the construction of the performance of the concert for acoustic guitar and orchestra of composer Ricardo Tacuchian (1939). This concert for guitar and orchestra was commissioned by the Brazilian guitarist Turibio Santos (1943) to whom the composer dedicated to the work in 2008. The results of this research were obtained through the following methodologies, the artist's artistic practice, is inserted in the line of artistic research identified by ZAMBONI (2001), and López Cano (1966), the works of CHAFFIN (2003) and PASCUAL-LEONE. (2001) are used as theoretical references that help in the construction and development of strategies, combining the artistic practice of the researcher, was conducted semi-structured interviews based on Lakatos (2003). The planning and preparation of the performance of the concert for guitar and orchestra of Tacuchian was divided in three stages, the first stage: PREPARATION, to identify sections with greater technical difficulty, studies of stretches and integral studies of the work, use of the metronome, to define digits, memorization , mental rehearsal and mental mapping. Second stage; TEST, amplification, with an eye on the conductor. Third stage EVALUATION, self-evaluation of the preparation, self-evaluation of essays, self-evaluation of the concert. The tools used for data collection consisted of a study diary and audio records that served for continuous self-assessment during planning.
