RESUMO:

This work deals with the use of continuous waste as a sound source in percussive performance. We seek the role of percussionist interpretation when linking actions of sustainable management / waste management to the process of performance creation with technological / electronic supports. The research is conducted from the collection of solid waste, etc., there is an experimentation workshop where we extract as sonorities of the collected residues from applied percussive techniques and creation of musical products. Technological resources are understood in this study as fundamental in the potentialization of the performances in question and resulting sonorities. The use of technological mediation applied to the selected and discussed instrument solved CAMPOS (2012), CAMPOS (2008) and IAZZETTA (2009). The purpose of this work is the name of the percussionist as the protagonist in the creation of the musical discourse, as well as exposed as technical solutions and developed for a performance with solid waste. The research culminates to describe the processes of creation of the performances of two works using a proposed methodology: Microplastic Pet (2012), for amplified plastics, voice, percussion and computer, North American composer Matthew Burtner and Xxxxxxx (2017) Brazilian composer Caio Pierangele.
