RESUMO:

The research adresses the issues integrality, autonomy e quality of life.in the care provided to the users of a mental health group in primary care, in the attempt to expose an existing practice and analyze it relevance for the patients themselves. The main objetive is analyse how the health promotion practices used in a anxiety group contribute to the assistance of mental health users in primary care. The .methodology proposed is qualitative, exploratory. A participant research with theoretical reference the Convergente Care Research (CCR). The collective activities room will be the action scenario, in Mangueirão, Jardim Lola, São Gonçalo do Amarante – RN. The subjects are users of the unit, who spontaneously participate in a group composed of people who self-refer eagerly. One or more focus groups will be held to collect the information according to the proposed objectives and will be requested to the users to record the reports about how they felt after the activities in an individual experiential journal. Data analysis will be performed by Minayo content analisys. It is hoped to be able to impact and transform the users conception about what is the group that working with health education, besides proving the effectiveness of the colletive activities carried out with this public.
