RESUMO:

The research intends to understand the perception of the elderly about the access to the services of the Family Health Strategy. The approach is exploratory and critical-descriptive of the type of case study presenting a qualitative approach carried out in the Municipality of Natal / RN. The population to be studied will be the elderly from the coverage areas of the family health strategy units of the southern health district. Data collection will take place between February and March 2019, where the interview method will be used to obtain information that addresses the political, economic-social, organizational, technical and symbolic dimensions that involve the relationship of access to information services. health and the perception of the same by elderly users of the family health strategies after a favorable opinion from the Ethics and Research Committee of the University Hospital Onofre Lopes (HUOL) and signing of the Informed Consent Term (TCLE). Defined by Bardin, 2011, the interviews will be analyzed according to their technique of analysis of content where it makes use of a set of techniques of analysis of the communications that takes advantage of systematic procedures and objectives that aim to describe the content of the messages, thus managing to interpret them. It is hoped to contribute to the emergence of critical / reflexive reflections that help to understand the perception of the elderly about access in the context of the family health strategy in the municipality.
