RESUMO:

The technological changes and the current transformations in practically all the Brazilian scenarios have demanded professionals with profiles of specialization different from the traditional ones. Faced with these new market requirements, it is possible to observe the emergence of masters programs with characteristics different from those previously existing in the country's postgraduate system. The Professional Master in Family Health (MPSF) is an innovative modality of strict teaching sensu, aimed at empowering leaders to transform professional practice, through the study of techniques, processes, or themes through the incorporation of recognized scientific methodology, providing integration between the world of work and academia. Generally, the dissertations produced in the Professional Master's courses are directed to the interpretation of the practice and to the delineation of lines of actions, but always approaching concepts, theories and discussion of ideas. This work aims to analyze the results / products of the Professional Master's Degree in Family Health - nucleating Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), defended in the period from 2012 to 2016. This is an electronic documentary study, descriptive, with quantitative approach. The research scenario will be created at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), in partnership with the Northeast Network of Family Health Training. Data collection will be done in electronic databases (repository of dissertations and theses of the university, Plataforma Lattes, page of the postgraduate program). The data analyzed will be: year of defense, title, author and supervisor, work format (dissertation or other product / model), objectives, methodology used, line of research and themes, as well as area of professional performance and time of professional performance when of dissertation defense. The final productions will be measured in five concepts, each one generating a quality indicator: quantity of finished works (MP), quality of the finished work produced, applicability of the works produced. Each dimension will be classified as Very Good (MB), Good (B), Regular (R), Weak (F) or Insufficient (I). It is important to point out that indicators will be chosen, in accordance with the regulations established by the Quadrennial Evaluation 2017 (CAPES, 2017), to be grouped in the above dimensions. Based on this understanding, the data will be complemented through content analysis from Bardin's perspective. Regarding the ethical aspects, the research will follow what is determined by Resolution no. 466/2012 of the National Health Council (CNS), which provides guidelines and regulatory standards for research involving human beings.
