RESUMO:

The health reform experienced since 2008 in Brazil has as one of the transversal policies of the National Health System the National Humanization Policy (PNH). One of the important devices presented by the HNP was the reception, which emerged from the dialogue about a new orientation of health care, being a key part for the reorganization of care in various health services, redirecting the techno-assistance model. The host is inserted in the PNH as a device that goes well beyond the user's reception. Another important SUS policy is the National Policy on Integrative and Complementary Practices in Health (PNPIC). In the state of Rio Grande do Norte, the State Policy on Integrative and Complementary Practices (PEPIC) was published in 2011 and in this context, reference services were implemented in PICs in the SUS. Since 2016, the Human Reception Protocol was launched and implemented as a technological innovation in integrative health care. The present study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of this Protocol of Humanistic Reception as a technological innovation in health in the integrative care, from the perspective of the professionals that use the protocol and the users that are served in the services. It is a research that used the Delphi method for validation of the construct, developed in three phases: 1.Review of theoretical references 2. Elaboration and analysis instrument of the protocol for judges' banking (professionals and users of the services) 3. Validation by Experts, 4. Analysis of results by Likert Scale, Concordance Index (CI) among experts, Content Validity Index (CVI) and user satisfaction level
