RESUMO:

The study intends to analyze the perception of the teams of basic health units (BHU) about violence against children in the family context. Exploratory and descriptive research with quantitative-qualitative approach, carried out in Parelhas, RN. The population will be constituted, initially, by the 89 professionals working in the UBS. Data collection will take place between March and May 2019 and will be carried out, first, with a semi-structured questionnaire to evaluate the Child Care Line and, later, a focus group with the professionals of a reference UBS, after a favorable opinion of the Ethics and Research Committee of the University Hospital Onofre Lopes (HUOL) and signing of the Informed Consent Term (TCLE). Data from the closed questionnaire will be processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 2.0 data tabulation program and open questions as well as data resulting from the focus group will be Content Analysis according to Bardin. It is hoped to contribute to the emergence of critical / reflexive reflections that guide the construction of the "care and protection pathway" to child violence, in the family context, in the municipality.
