RESUMO:

Interprofessional work in health care occurs when professionals from different professional backgrounds provide services based on integrality, involving patients and their families, caregivers and community for the highest quality health care at all levels of the service network. In the context of PHC, teamwork with the practice of sharing knowledge and collaborative care can potentially increase the capacity for analysis and intervention, in the perspective of completeness, in different specific strategic areas, among them Child Health and of the Adolescent. From this perspective, this research proposes to analyze the practice of shared and interprofessional care of the ESF and NASF teams in the follow-up consultation on the child's growth and development. This is an exploratory, case-study, qualitative and quantitative study to be developed at the Josefa Tavares Basic Health Unit, located in the municipality of Montadas, State of Paraíba. The subjects of the research will be children under two years and their parents / caregivers, being included in the sample all children less than two years old, who were submitted to shared care in the follow-up visits to growth and development, held at UBS during the first semester of 2018. The data collection of the research will be developed in two stages: 1) retrospective research of medical records of children under two years who were submitted to shared care in the follow-up visits for growth and development, held in the first half of 2018; 2) a semi-structured interview with parents / caregivers of children under two years of age who are being submitted to shared care in follow-up visits to growth and development. The quantitative data will be processed and analyzed through Descriptive Statistics, while the qualitative data will be analyzed through content analysis, in the thematic analysis modality. The research will follow the guidelines of Resolution 466/2012 CNS / MS, which govern research involving humans
