RESUMO:

The process of thinking and doing health has undergone major changes since the creation of the Unified Health System, and consequently driven change in vocational training processes in health, driven by the need to have professionals with a broader view of the health - disease based not on hegemonic medical model, but focused on the comprehensiveness of health care. Given this need to rethink education in health, the student's inclusion in the workplace began to be increasingly valued, since it facilitates the construction of knowledge from the reality of the territory, and that enables the link between theory and practice and qualification of attention to the user. The Politics of Primary Health consolidates the importance of building the school bond / service / community. Thus, problems and health needs will be objects of intervention and its determinants, involving the actions and services that seek to minimize the effects of illness, improving the living conditions of individuals and the community in the territory where they live. In this sense, the teacher plays a key role in the appropriation of the student with the population favoring a broader and real vision of the health community of the disease, in addition to the skills, abilities and peculiar attitudes of working life. Such is the importance of the relationship between student and teacher and numerous situations that may hinder this relationship, making it fragile and vulnerable, that this research was motivated, questioning what the barriers that hinder this relationship because it is sometimes successful and other not, where are the critical and relevant us towards strengthening health training processes, the Permanent education Policy and contribute effectively with proposals that will strengthen the primary care as the setting for professional education practices in health and integration teaching / service / community. The objective of this research is to investigate the senses to be preceptor in the teaching-service-community integration experiences, from the speeches of preceptor’s professionals in the FHS. The methodology will be with a qualitative approach with building block in the production of present sense in the speeches of preceptor’s professionals, and its theoretical basis the approach of discursive practices in constructionist framework of social psychology and will be professional actors who act as internship preceptors of graduation health of public and private educational institutions, distributed within twenty-one (20) BFH students practice scenarios, totaled 20 subjects. As a research tool, we used semi-structured interview and transcribed data and organized in dialogic Maps format facilitating analysis and discussion of results. The study followed all appropriate ethical procedures and recommended by existing legislation, with opinion approved by the Research Ethics Committee in Human Beings with CAAE 47323115.4.0000.5292.
