RESUMO:
This text deals with the investigation and reflection on the artistic and training activities of Cia Ortaet de Teatro. The group that is headquartered in the city of Iguatu / CE, in the Center-South of Ceará presents some triggers to think about the formation, artistic creation, organization and maintenance of group theater in Brazil, especially outside the major axes of the country. The research is anchored in my practical experience within the Ortaet Theater Company and in the studies on the theme “group theater”, developed by professors and researchers André Carreira, Rosyane Trotta and Flávio Desgranges.
