RESUMO:

The text presented here is provisional result of theoretical and practical nature of research master's thesis with title Searchers Creation of Emotional in Dance: the feeling-emotional mapping of the Ashes on the Ground work. From the applicant's discussion of the role of emotions and expressions within the scenic western dance, especially in the contemporary world, we will bring to light concepts originated from the cognitive sciences about emotion, feeling, and emotional feelings brought by Antonio Damasio and Paul Ekman, to discuss possible emotional states recovery tools for performance of the work investigated through mapping the feelings of emotions. This research has the opposite methodology, qualitative and procedural analysis of the creation of the Ashes on the Ground, solo work presented by the author. The writing for this time of qualification is prepared as follows: An introduction to the topic of emotions and feelings treated the art of dance, from the looks thrown to own emotions and feelings by the researchers of the mind sciences, Antonio Damasio and Paul Ekman. Then the research development object is presented: Research into how emotions operate in a process of creating dance. Therefore, a methodological path is pointed out that accompany us throughout the writing to only then be announced in chapter Immersion, the concepts of emotions and feelings more operationalized mode. It is noteworthy that this chapter, as well as bring out the concepts of emotions and feelings already mentioned, describes the involvement of artists in the exuberant nature scenarios experienced during this first moment of the work, the main record of contributions, the logbook and photographs taken by photographic artist Morvan France. Finally, we find in the writings of Fayga Ostrower and Cecilia Salles, the conceptual host to make us reflect immersions and processuality of creation in dance.
