SUMMARY:

The present research is based on discussions about social security, particularly social security in the current situation of setbacks in rights. We have been faced with processes of productive and organizational restructuring of work with strong impacts and changes in work processes, more precisely, the effects of such offensives expressed in the changes occurring with the introduction and implementation of new technologies (INSS Digital, MY INSS, Central 135, etc.) currently experienced within the INSS and, in particular, in the Social Security Social Service. It aims to analyze the impacts of technological restructuring in the INSS for the work of social workers in this socio-occupational space; and specifically to investigate the expressions of the counter-reform process of the State in the particularity of Social Security; Identify the main demands placed on Social Service in Social Security Agencies, from the introduction of INSS DIGITAL; and Apprehend the challenges and possibilities of the new digital tools in the development of the work of social workers in Social Security Agencies. As methodology, we present a study based on the dialectical method; having as research support documentary and field research, with a quanti-qualitative approach. The field research will be carried out through online semi-structured interviews, with open questions, through a digital platform, with members of the National Commission of Social Workers - CONASF, divided by region and state representativeness to contemplate the particularities of the vast national territory. The time frame is from December 2016 to December 2021. The work will be duly submitted to the Research Ethics Committee.
