SUMMARY:

This research proposal aims to apprehend the determinations of removal processes for health reasons at the Onofre Lopes University Hospital of UFRN, after the implementation of the EBSERH. The reality points out that the management model in the SUS, in particular, the one established in University Hospitals under the management of the aforementioned Public Company are impacting the work processes of health workers in order to affect their health conditions. Understanding this phenomenon as an expression of the Counter-Reform of Health, whose trend is in the progressive privatization of the SUS, with repercussions both on the offer of health services and on the working conditions of those who operationalize the policy. The business model, an aspect/characteristic present in the so-called new management models and instruments in the SUS, has material and subjective implications for HUOL workers. This scenario leads us to the following research question: to what extent does the increase in removals for health reasons of statutory servers at the Onofre Lopes University Hospital relate to the current hospital management of EBSERH? Therefore, we will seek to answer it through quati-qualitative research based on the historical-dialectical materialist method, in which bibliographic review, document analysis and semi-structured interviews with servers removed for health reasons will be used as methodological resources. of HUOL after the implementation of EBSERH, submitted to the Content Analysis technique. Thus, we intend to contribute to uncover this reality present in the SUS, particularly in University Hospitals, so that we can understand the determinations of the EBSERH in the health of workers.
