SUMMARY:

The thesis project presented aims to analyze the corrective mechanisms of the State on the structural defects of capital control in the context of structural crisis from the theoretical formulations of István Mészáros. To this end, the development of this research will be conducted from a historical-dialectical approach, based on Marxian, with a view to the effective apprehension of social reality. In this context, we emphasize the fact that the bibliographical study becomes basic, encompassing the theoretical contributions of Mészáros, with studies through the technique of immanent text analysis. This research aims to grasp the essence of the State's corrective mechanisms by relating them to the needs of capital maintenance in comparison with the so-called structural defects of capital control, as well as highlighting its limits. These defects result from the uncontrollability of the capital system, and arise in the separation or dissonance between production and control; production and consumption; and production and circulation. Based on the analysis of the structural defects of capital already carried out by Mészáros, we intend to identify the state's ways of acting on these defects in order to better understand this social function of state practices as forms of capital control. Our intention is to identify these corrective mechanisms of the State, mainly that interferes in the control of the defect on production and consumption, as it is determinant in the movement of economic crises of the system. The delimitation of the research is in charge of temporalizing the analysis in the context of the context of the structural crisis of capital - which has been taking place since the 1970s. From the theoretical conception of the study, we start from the assumption that the State assumes more and more tasks and It reinforces certain actions, which act as corrective mechanisms that intervene and assists capital in the process of controlling its reproductive units, which, through the development of their contradictions, are internally fragmented and cause the absence of unity on the material basis of social reproduction. This leads us to reflect that from the so-called structural crisis of capital the state becomes the vital material basis for capital, and its transformations are due to the deepening of the dependence of capital on state aid.
