RESUMO:

Since the emergence of private property, men's work and freedom have been mutilated. The exploitation of man by man has compromised the full development of the potentialities of the human species, a situation that is compounded in the Capitalist Mode of Production - MPC, since the precarious nature of the work intensifies, since the workers, besides being deprived of the means of production, pass to be closely monitored in their work process; a fact that imposes limits on his teleological capacity. The state also undergoes a considerable resizing in the sociability governed by capital, since in addition to being constituted as a structure of social power also establishes and disseminates political domination, universalizing the interests of the ruling class and politically subalternizing the working class. This situation is compounded in the contemporary scene, from societal transformations that strongly affect the world of work, represented by the productive restructuring of capital and by the refunctionalization of the role of the State, which make regulated work more flexible, especially through outsourcing, including public services. In underdeveloped countries, such as Brazil, this scenario presents itself even more degrading to the working class, since our history of submission to the imperialist dictates of the countries of central capitalism remains to this day. The work and the State in Brazil, therefore, has historical peculiarities, which motivates us to study about the current role of the Brazilian State in the intensification of labor precarization, but specifically at the University Hospital Onofre Lopes - HUOL. The methodological orientation of this research is based on the method of critical dialectical analysis because we understand that reality is not static, but dynamic, therefore, transformable. It is a bibliographical, documentary and empirical study, in which we will problematize and deepen the knowledge about the theme chosen to then analyze and interpret the data collected in the research done with the HUOL workers.
