RESUMO:

At the present time, the Brazilian social service has been dealing with a growing expansion of services and demands that require the professional clarity as to their competencies and attributions in the face of institutional requisitions. In some areas of social policies there are requisitions presented to the social worker that exceed those specific to the occupational space. This is the case, for example, of the requisites of the System of Justice to the Unified Social Assistance System (SUAS), pleading instruments and procedures that extrapolate the responsibilities of the professionals from SUAS provided in the set of rules that regulate the Social Assistance policy. This project assays it starting with the following question: "How have been configured the requisites of the Justice System to Social Care Referral Centers (CRAS) and Specialized Reference Centers for Social Assistance (CREAS) regarding social workers' competences and professional qualifications within the SUAS' framework? " To do so, it aims to analyze the requests presented by the Justice System to SUAS directed to the social workers of CRAS and CREAS units, with a view to identify its implications on the professional work in these units. The study will be guided by the critical-dialectic method and the methodological procedures will consist of bibliographic and documentary analysis and semi-structured interviews. The locus of the research will be Santa Cruz and Campo Redondo's CRAS and CREAS, located in Trairi zone (RN). It will be constituted by three CRAS and two CREAS, with a social worker who integrates the small teams of each one of these units as a subject. The result of this course will be presented in the master dissertation.
