RESUMO:

This project has as its object the research analysis of acts that indicate signs of parental alienation, from statements made in the context of the Public Defender's Office in Rio Grande do Norte (DPE/RN), Ceará-Mirim. The work provided a mediator of out-of-court settlements, on DPE/RN, Ceará-Mirim, raised many concerns and reflections about numerous statements that hinted at acts of parental alienation. Jocelyn (2011) points out that the parental alienation manifests itself as one of the expressions of social issues and "involves the formation, in the child, a negative image of the parent, guardian, not usually by the parent with your guard down in a separation process" (p. 141). This project proposes to meet this problem, asking: what are the acts signaling parental alienation within the DPE/RN, Ceará-Mirim? What are the reasons? What are the determinants of the alienadores acts? Who they are and what they think the (as) alienadores (as)? What are the implications of the Patriarchate and of the capitalist system in the acts of parental alienation? Thus, presents the following objectives: to capture and analyse the cases signal acts of parental alienation in the context of the public defender of Rio Grande do Norte, Ceará-Mirim/RN; Identify signs that characterize acts of parental alienation, as law 12,318/10 within the DPE/RN, Ceará-Mirim; Analyze the determinants of parental alienation; Profile of involved/as in the cases of parental alienation acts; Grasp the implications of the capitalist system and of the Patriarchate in acts of parental alienation. To this end, the proposed research will use the quantitative and qualitative method. In quantitative reports the application of questionnaires, data documentation and institutional other sources that provide statistical data and will make it possible to build a numeric panorama, which will contribute to the seizure of the dimensional and qualitative study object, to enable closer and unveiling of the object, by using the following techniques: observation, systematic analysis of out-of-court settlements and interviews with closed and open questions. The proposal is to conduct about 30 interviews, that of will make the choice of 7 to 10 cases to be analyzed in depth with both parents, from the signing of the informed consent (TFCC). In this way, the research will present relevant contribution, professional, institutional and academic, since the results will serve as a contribution to support the professional and institutional actions aimed at the prevention and combat of parental alienation.
