INFORMATION MANAGEMENT AND STRATEGIC COMMUNICATION: A CONTENT MARKETING PROPOSAL FOR INOVA METRÓPOLE COMPANIES INCUBATOR

Information Management (IM) and Strategic Communication are important topics for the achievement of institutional objectives of any company or organization. Therefore, this research aims to identify how an IM can optimize the use of the organizational content of the Inova Metrópole incubator, based at the Instituto Metrópole Digital (IMD), at the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). In addition to this, one of the specific objectives is the elaboration of a content marketing work plan that will serve the incubator, whose context and entrepreneurship ecosystem consists of the very context where the research will be developed. The present work will also have a systematic bibliographic research on the thematic axes worked here, as well as it will lead – after its qualification stage with the exam board defined by this Master's program – the pointing out of the similarities and content convergences between IM and Marketing of Contents. The research will also promote an investigation of practices in IM and Content Marketing conducted in the organizational context of Inova Metrópole. From the methodological point of view, the characterization of this work is exploratory, whose method of approach is the inductive and the procedural method is the monographic.
