RESUMO:

This dissertation deals with the experiences and situations experienced by women who identify themselves as lesbians in Rio Grande do Norte state – contexts of circulation in Natal and Mossoró. This work aims to understand how the transgression of female (homo) sexuality goes through a game between hiding and revealing their lesbian identities according to the dynamics that they are involved. In this way, their biographies are constructed and organized in confluence with the spaces of (homo) sociabilities, by which these women transit daily. For this research, the life histories of five collaborators will be analyzed, which I have approached through the Snowball research technique, during the year 2017 and the beginning of 2018. Demonstrating how the negotiations undertaken and managed within the framework of work, family, studies in general and also social movements through the maintenance of their agenc ies and intentionalities (ORTNER, 2007). At long last, giving meaning to the production of subjectivities in the field of their social actions.
